The EX and GT-Line trims can be had with a Premium package that adds adaptive cruise control with stop/go functionality and a partial self-driving mode. There’s also a GT1 package

that you can add to the GT model and have memory settings for the driver’s side, a power front passenger seat, a heated steering wheel, advanced driver aids, reverse emergency braking, a 360-degree camera system, front parking sensors, and a 12-speaker Bose audio system.

What’s Powering Your Kia K5?

Every model below the GT trim uses the same powertrain for the drive. This system gives you a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. You’ll have 180 horsepower and 195 lb.-ft. of torque for the drive. Fuel mileage maxes out at 29 city/38 hwy mpg.

The GT trim uses a 2.-5liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine attached to a dual-clutch automatic transmission. This setup brings you 290 horsepower and 311 lb.-ft. of torque. You’ll still have reasonable fuel mileage with this version that returns 24 city/32 hwy mpg.
